What happens when you write
Your message comes straight to Teri. Every response you receive is personally curated by Teri, with care and attention to what you've shared. Nothing is sent automatically. She takes time to understand what you've shared and respond with care. There is no sales sequence waiting for you afterwards.
Teri reads and responds on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 5pm UK time. If she is away, the site will say so and you will still hear back once she is home. Nothing you write here is published anywhere, and it is never shared with another member.

This space is not continuously monitored and is not a crisis or emergency service. Teri reads and replies on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 5pm UK time. Please never wait for Teri if you or someone else is unsafe.
